I have another Nail Polish Battle for you guys today! This time it's between two beautiful indie lacquers: ILNP Central Station vs. Picture Polish Sisters.
Both of these pretties are fairly new shades as they both came out this fall. Picture Polish Sisters is one of the newest additions to the nail blogger collaboration line whereas ILNP Central Station is part of the ILNP fall neutrals collection. They clearly share some similarities, but they are definitely not dupes.
Both Sisters and Central Station have that scattered holographic effect with a muted grey-ish base color. Sisters is clearly more purple leaning compared to Central Station whereas CS looks more brownish next to Sisters. The formula is a bit different in these two: Sisters is more thick and it covers easily with two coats, Central Station needs three thin coats for full coverage and it's clearly the thinner one out of these two. The scattered holographic effect is pretty much the same in these two, even though it looks a bit different when you compare the bottles side by side. But on nail it looks fairly the same with minor differences mainly caused by the thicker formula of Sisters.
They are both gorgeous shades and I've honestly spent major part of this fall wearing the one or the other out of these two. Both are quite unique shades in my collection and if you ask me, they are definitely both worth having.
Final verdict: I'm keeping them both! I love them equally and they are different enough for me.
