I feel like I've been lately running out of nail art ideas and it has also meant that I've easily gone with the same nails for week or more. Thankfully Instagram, Pinterest and of course all the other blogs are full of ideas to use as an inspiration. I totally fell in love with the delicate flowers look by @lacquer_liefde so I just had to try it myself. I pretty much went with the same look as the original manicure, just changed the colors a bit.
This was fairly easy to do: I just used two coats of Cirque Colors Mermaid Parade on my thumb, index and pinky nails and one coat of Cirque Colors Galinda on my middle and ring fingers. Then I just painted the white petals with Essie Black and added some silver on top of the flowers as well as little dots on the other nails with Essie Aprés-chic and a dotting tool.
Somehow it seemed like my freehand painting skills had gone missing and my flowers didn't really turn out as neat as I wanted. I should probably practice those skills more... Anyhow, it didn't really matter too much, as I really really loved this look! It was a perfect spring time nail art and I'm pretty sure I'm going to do some sort of a variation of this look soon. It looks so good!
