Quick Snowflake Nail Art Tutorial

As I told before I spent the beginning of this week painting some snowflakes on other people's nails with some fellow bloggers. I thought it would be a great idea to share a quick tutorial with you guys, so that you can also do the same snowflake look on your nails for Christmas if you want to.

This is very simple, all you need to do is paint your nails with a base color you like. I chose to use We Care Icon Magic Red Charisma as my base color. After it has completely dried you need to have a white polish (I used We Care Icon True White) and a small nail art brush. If you don't own a nail art brush you can use some other tiny brush here too. This time I'm using a eyeliner brush from We Care Icon. It's a bit thicker than I would normally prefer, but it's still usable for nail art.

Remeber that all snowflakes are different, so it doesn't really matter if you don't do it exactly the same way that I've done here. This is just one example, you can use your own imagination and make your own design!

If you want to make your snowflake look a bit frosty, as a final step you can add some fine glitter to it to make it sparkle. We used silver glitter from We Care Icon called Magic Diamond for this step. This isn't of course mandatory if you don't want, the snowflake looks just as good without it too.

Finally, don't forget to add a coat of top coat to seal your design and make it last longer!

If you want, you can paint some different snowflakes on each of your nails, or maybe just paint them to one nail on each hand as an accent nails and leave the rest of your nails with just the base color, or maybe do a gradient on those other nails. It's your choice and whatever your decide, I'm sure you'll have an awesome Holiday manicure!

I hope this tutorial was helpful, see you soon!
